VIP Scaffolding builds scaffolds and complex structures for a wide range of industrial segments, with an in-house engineering department that prepares internal calculations for strength and stability. VCA and ISO 9001 certified. Supported by a strong digital backbone with toolbox applications and real-time document sharing with teams on-site.
KontrimO
Temse
One of Belgium’s largest scaffolding companies for residential and commercial projects. Originally founded by Michel Van Den Brande, Kontrimo is now active on more than 250 sites across the country. Kontrimo can scale quickly for high-volume projects and deliver major projects entirely from its own fleet. Depending on the client’s needs, projects can be fully scaffolded at once or planned sequentially, building by building. Since joining Scaffor, the focus has also been on safety, digitalization, and modernizing the equipment fleet.
TD-S
Tielen
TD-S is the group’s specialist for temporary roofs, coverings, and complex spans up to 62 meters. TD-S also carries out regular facade and masonry scaffolding. Every solution is designed to measure and aligned with the client in advance using a 3D model. The combination of a clear niche and the breadth of classic scaffolding makes TD-S unique on the Belgian market. For large, complex industrial projects, TD-S works closely with VIP Scaffolding.

Scaffolding for a broad range of clients, from architectural firms and renovation companies to public authorities and the marine sector. Based in Eeklo, centrally located between Ghent and Bruges, with the Flemish coast within easy reach. Steicon Plus stands for fast interventions and flexible planning. Since joining Scaffor, the focus has been on further professionalization, digitalization, higher safety standards, and the continued expansion of the scaffolding fleet.
